We build apps that do one thing. Not apps that try to be everything, earn engagement, or lock you in. One clear problem, solved as well as we can solve it. That constraint isn't a limitation — it's the point. Focus produces better software. Small surfaces are easier to reason about, maintain, and use.
Privacy isn't a feature we add at the end. It's the constraint we design from. Our apps don't have accounts because we don't need to identify you. They don't have analytics because we built something to use, not to study. They don't send data anywhere because your data belongs to you — on your device, under your control. We believe that's how software should work by default.
That principle doesn't stop at the app. This website collects nothing about you either. No cookies. No analytics. No third-party scripts of any kind. We think that's worth saying out loud, because most sites don't.
We build exclusively for iOS, with native technologies: SwiftUI, UIKit, CoreData. Not because we have to, but because it's the right way to build apps for the platform. Native means fast, reliable, and respectful of the device's design language. We're not interested in shipping something that works everywhere. We want to ship something that feels exactly right on an iPhone.
Tidy means controlled. Small. Well-kept. We chose the name because it reflects how we want to work — carefully, without excess, with respect for the person using what we've made. An app that's tidy doesn't ask for more than it needs. It doesn't grow beyond its purpose. It stays honest.
We're building a small portfolio of focused apps. Each one made to last.
