I deleted the app and lost my items. Can I get them back?
Unfortunately no. Had it? stores everything locally on your device. When the app is deleted, the data goes with it. To protect your list going forward, keep your iPhone backed up via iCloud or your Mac — this backs up Had it? data automatically.
I got a new phone. How do I transfer my items?
Restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or Mac backup of your old phone. Your Had it? data is included in that backup and will be restored automatically.
Do I need to pay again on my new phone?
No. Had it? is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID. Sign in with the same Apple ID on your new device, open the App Store, and download Had it? at no charge.
Can I use Had it? on multiple devices?
Yes — download it on any device sharing the same Apple ID and it's free. Note that your items are stored per device. There is no sync between devices; that's by design, and it's on our roadmap.
Does Had it? work without internet?
Yes, completely. Had it? is fully offline. No internet connection is ever required to use the app.
